Oh I see. Thanks for pointing that out!

Great game! Sucks you forgot about the time and didn't make the deadline. Glad you did decide to upload your game and promote it in the way you did! Happy I found it.

We had a similar thing in which we uploaded the GDD as a PDF while it should be a Google Docs file.

As feedback for your game: great game! I love how you did the lighting effect: it looks really professional.

Only two improvement I have is:

1. Reduce the volume of the sound effects (it scared me the first time)

2. Make your character not take damage while hiding (eyes closed) in the dark. Now the hiding mechanic felt a bit underwhelming as I still got damaged, so jumping away was often the easiest option.

Besides those points, a really great game! Thanks again for uploading it!

Thankyou for the review, I'm glad you were able to find the game.

As for the critiques, I absolutely agree, I overlooked the sound volume part to try and make the deadline all to no avail :/ And it is quite a good idea to make the player resist damage when hiding, I too found the hiding mechanic not well implemented and this is a great idea to fix that.

Cheers!

Update!

I've changed the hiding mechanic so that enemies can't hurt you while you're hiding unless you've already been detected (implied by red exclamation sign or question mark)

And also adjusted the bgm volume so as to match the sfx volume
